Yes you read that right. Piss in a bucket. Or at least that’s what we thought she said to us on Saturday.
We’re all playing in her room. Catherine walks over to Chuck.
Catherine: “Papa I gotta piss”
Chuck: “What??!!”
Catherine: “PAAPA I got a piss”
Mommy and Papa look at one another with the “Did you hear that too?” look
Jen: “What did you say?”
Catherine: “I got a piss. See?”
Cat holds up a red plastic fish.
Jen: “Oooooh….you’ve got a FISH!”
Cat with the “duh Mommy” tone to her voice. “Yes. I have a piss.”
This became the joke of the day as Cat continued to play with this red plastic fish all day long.
Her favorite trick was to put the fish in a plastic block bucket and carry it around chanting “Piss in a box…piss in a box.”
